Order process for Reunion Name Tags

Ordering Reunion Name Tags ~ large or small quantities ~ is fairly easy. We personally go over all options available to create the perfect Reunion Name Tags, including photos and placement, logos, fonts, text, colors, gator clip style, and the delivery schedule. We can work from yearbooks, by scanning original photos, or receiving digital images. You will receive a proof of the final layout, for your approval, prior to production of the name tags.

Small quantity orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of receiving your final proof approval. Larger quantity orders will be shipped to accommodate your schedule. We offer quantity pricing for larger reunion events. Please call for our reasonable shipping rates, based on quantity and destination.

Order process for Towel Tags

Each personalized Towel Tag is a unique, custom design. Your Towel Tag can be designed to include a photo of your family member, their favorite sports equipment or logo, a favorite object, or even scanned artwork that represents something they treasure.

Photos, logos and artwork may be e-mailed to us (JPEG and BMP formats preferred), or mailed to our address shown below. Original photos and/or artwork will be returned with your completed order. If you have a specific layout in mind for your Towel Tag, just let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Your personalized Towel Tags will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping charge is $3.75 for up to four (4) Towel Tags. Please call for shipping charges for larger quantities. If you require express or overnight shipping, please contact us for rates.

Since there are so many options available for your identification badges, we prefer to go over the options with you personally. We feel this eliminates unnecessary layout revisions and miscommunication. Please call or e-mail us with questions or instructions regarding layouts, fonts, colors, etc. to meet your company criteria. All photos, logos, clip art or other information can be e-mailed to us (JPEG and BMP formats preferred), or mailed to the address shown below (original photos and artwork returned with your order). Remember, the better quality of photos and artwork, the better quality your identification badges will be. We will do our best to work with you to ensure that the finished product is just what you had in mind.
